Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Ventra Compliance provides a lead list scrubbing service that cross-references phone numbers and email addresses against Do Not Call (DNC) registries and known TCPA litigator databases. The service is designed to help businesses reduce their risk of TCPA violations.

This includes automated weekly scrubbing of contacts in connected CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Close.com, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and others) and one-time CSV upload scrubbing. We check contacts against the Federal DNC registry, known TCPA litigators, serial plaintiffs, and TCPA plaintiff attorneys.

2. Not Legal Advice

Ventra Compliance is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our scrubbing service is a compliance tool and does not guarantee protection from TCPA lawsuits. Users should consult with qualified legal counsel regarding their specific compliance obligations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You represent that you have the legal right to process the lead data you upload. You may not use the service to facilitate illegal telemarketing or to circumvent consumer protection laws.

By connecting your CRM, you authorize Ventra Compliance to access, read, and modify your contact lists. This includes removing or tagging contacts that match our suppression databases. You can configure protected tags to prevent specific contacts from being removed.

4. Data Processing

For CSV uploads, lead data is processed and deleted upon completion. You retain full ownership of all data you upload.

For CRM integrations, we access your contacts via OAuth connection every Saturday at 2:00 AM EST. We do not copy or store your full contact list — we check contacts against our databases and take action (remove or tag) within your CRM directly. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest.

We do not retain, sell, or share your lead data.

5. Billing

CRM Integration plans are: Monthly at $249/mo, Weekly at $399/mo, and Daily at $499/mo — all with unlimited contacts. One-time CSV scrubbing is $0.005 per lead.

Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

Automated CRM scrubs run weekly on Saturdays at 2:00 AM EST. While we strive for consistent uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify customers of any planned downtime.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your CRM connection will be disconnected and automated scrubbing will stop.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ventra Compliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
